A. Trust Establishment

This topic is intended to establish secure connection among all involved entities in networks. There are several approaches that can be used for achieving trusted communication transaction, such as authentication, reputation-based evaluation, block-chain, etc.

B. Information Security

This topic investigates some information protections techniques for information retrieval / gathering in sensor networks, cloud computing server, fog computing server, and any other transaction.

C. Vehicular Networks

This topic discuss some novel issues related to vehicular network application. The vehicular networks can be implemented by using Wifi-based protocol (IEEE 802.11p) and/or 5G network protocol. There are some familiar network communications in vehicular networks, which are (1) vehicle to vehicle communication (V2V), (2) vehicle to infrastructure communication (V2I), and (3) vehicle to everything communication (V2X).

D. Industrial Networks

This topic elaborates industrial network applications in order to enhance security and real-timeness of the application. There are several network protocols that are utilized in industrial networks, which are CAN Bus, Modbus, fieldbus, ISA 100.11a, Zigbee, etc.
